Refunds

Apple processes Mac App Store payments and decides refund eligibility.

Request a refund

1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
2. Choose I’d like to, then Request a refund.
3. Choose a reason, select So Markdown and submit the request.

Apple normally provides a status update within 24–48 hours. If Apple approves the request, the money may take additional time to return to the original payment method. Eligibility varies by country or region, and your consumer-law rights still apply.
